PolyAuthority may use this information to offer PolyAuthority’s services and support, and will share this data across PolyAuthority group companies and affiliates to optimize its services.

You do not have any legal obligation to provide any information to PolyAuthority, however, we require certain information in order to perform services requested on the Site, such as sale or purchase of “Products” or to provide any services. You may create a PolyAuthority account on the Site. Doing so will enable you to link your PolyAuthority account and your Third Party Account. HOW DO WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA OF YOURS?

SHARING DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Summary: Personal Data may be transferred between PolyAuthority locations and other Group locations, and where applicable the necessary safeguards will be implemented.

Personal Data may be transferred to, and stored and used at, a destination outside the EU that may not be subject to equivalent data protection laws to those of the EU. Where your Personal Data is transferred outside of the EU, we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your Personal Data is subject to appropriate safeguards, and that it is treated securely and in substantive accordance with this Privacy Policy. DATA RETENTION
